Impact
RICH Learning International's mission had outgrown its digital infrastructure. Decades of neuroscience expertise in children's learning were not matched by a website, search presence or content system that could support global visibility, partnerships and fundraising.
Crobstacle viewed this as an infrastructure problem, rather than a marketing one: building digital trust (website, UX, SEO foundations, analytics), then discoverability (SEO and Ad Grants), then executive authority (LinkedIn and YouTube) and donor readiness to create a compounding effect where each layer reinforced the others.
The result is a foundation that doesn't need rebuilding: a 20-point increase in on-page SEO, a search presence built from almost nothing, active Ad Grants campaigns, and a founder-led content engine with 1,779% growth on LinkedIn and hundreds of hours of organic watch time on YouTube. That same foundation now supports donor acquisition, international partnerships and educational reach.
The Story
From problem to outcome
01
Challenge
The problem
RICH Learning was not facing a marketing problem: it was a digital infrastructure challenge. The website was not optimised for donor engagement or organisational storytelling, organic search visibility was limited, and there was no structured donor acquisition journey in place.
In addition, the founder's decades of expertise in neuroscience-based learning was underrepresented online, digital channels were fragmented with no connected strategy, and analytics and conversion tracking were too limited to track what was working.
On-Page SEO Score - BEFORE: 63%, 5 critical issues
02
Solution
The approach
Crobstacle built a four-layer nonprofit growth ecosystem rather than treating each channel as a separate project:
Digital Trust Infrastructure: website architecture, UX, SEO foundations, accessibility, analytics and conversion pathways.
Discoverability Engine: SEO, Google Ad Grants setup, content strategy and keyword planning.
Executive Thought Leadership: LinkedIn strategy, YouTube growth and founder-led educational storytelling.
This was rolled out in four phases (Digital Foundation, Visibility Engine, Executive Thought Leadership and a Connected Ecosystem: Website → SEO → Ads → Content → Social → Analytics → Donor Journey) so that each layer built on the one before it instead of running in isolation.
