Hey! My name is Aviral’s Vaish. I started as a Digital Marketing intern at Crobstacle in July. My two-month journey with Crobstacle has finally come to an end.

An internship gives you a taste of what it’s like to work in the real world. When you begin an internship, you are unfamiliar with the field. You have no idea how it works in reality. Internships provide you with the necessary hands-on experience and knowledge. That’s what my internship was at Crobstacle. I learned how to use internet for marketing the business houses.

I had no prior experience with digital marketing when I started my internship. I was always perplexed if it is the appropriate profile for me or not. I come from an entirely different set of circumstances. My specialization is in Finance. This is why I was so apprehensive about beginning this internship. I wasn’t sure if I’d be a good fit for the job. In those 2 months I got a lot of new things to learn, from creating content calendar to posting it on social media, from researching about competitors to bringing out USP for our client brands, from creating emails to setting automation for it. From this I got to know how a strategy for a brand is built and how to accomplish those desired results.

There were some highs and lows. When I did well, I got recognized for my efforts. At the same time, I also got chastised if I was not able to meet the deadline. Both, in my opinion, are very important for a student to grow. That’s how we’re supposed to learn, right? But the best part is we learned and gained a lot of industry insights.

Talking about teamwork, all of my fellow interns have also been fantastic to collaborate with. We all got along so well, connected with each other on a daily basis, taught each other when necessary, and proved to be an excellent team. I guess this is why they call us Young Turks.

To summarize my time as an Intern at Crobstacle, I can now claim that I have witnessed personal improvement. I came into Digital Marketing knowing nothing about it, but here I had worked and studied the fundamentals and intricacies of the business, to the point where I could now confidently teach others what I had learned and continue along the path. There’s still a long way to go for me. I can only express my gratitude for all of the help and support I’ve received here, and it has simply strengthened my resolve to forge through.

The Young Turk family, please accept my deepest thanks!

Regards,
