Crobstacle: Web Developer Intern(16thAug to 16thNov)2022
Hello everyone!
I am Arif.This article is written to share my experience as a Web Developer Intern in the Internship Program at Crobstacle for a period of three months which was held in August 2022.
I would like to thank Anmol Gogia Sir(Founder) and the team at Crobstacle for giving me this opportunity to enhance my skills and work on such amazing projects.
As I moved in the internship I got to learn about HTML CSS & CMS like WordPress & apply my understanding on projects that were assigned to me.WordPress is a content management system (CMS) that allows you to host and build websites.
My daily tasks/ work was mentored by our peer Shubham sharma(Sr. Web Developer) he helped me navigate through the system and to upgrade my understanding.He helped me through my internship in my training & my work.
I am very thankful to him helping me & also for pushing me forward in our meetings and review sessions.
In WordPress I got to build multiple sites in which a car travel booking website was the first website which got me started to understand the little details & perspective that we get from the team.We had to make this site from scratch & we
In our everyday meetings our peer & us would brainstorm to learn how to make our websites look more pleasant to the user as well as optimized enough to get the best user experience.
In websites as such developed in wordpress we used plugins like Elementor which helps you create beautiful pages using a visual editor.
It’s designed for you to build dynamic websites quickly.We also made sure the websites are well optimized for all devices.
In the time spent working at Crobstacle i felt part of the team as the folks here have a sense of belief & pride in what they do.This positive environment helped me to be more open with our discussion which always creates the environment to learn.I adapted myself here very quickly & learnt from the people here to being committed to our work.
I learnt here at Crobstacle how to have a clear vision of what you want to accomplish and how to plan it to do it right.I found the positive work environment here as there is trust, cooperation, safety, risk-taking support, accountability.
I would like to mention the flexibility that Crobstacle provided me during this program & i was able to maintain a work life balance.I joined in the morning and left when my work was done.
If i had any emergency or such i could shift my login time.
We were also given the liberty to make our own decisions within our assigned work which provided us with the opportunity to contribute to the growth along with contributing to our own success.
My three months at Crobstacle allowed me to grow personally, but it also helped me to gain new skills in basic HTML,CSS and CMS like WordPress—experience that I did not previously have. I also gained a better understanding of the website industry, made a new network, and gained a few new references for the future. But most importantly, I gained a new sense of professionalism and a clearer view of what it meant to be in the professional world.In the end i would like to thank everyone & I greatly appreciate the opportunity.Thank you so much for a fantastic three months it has been a great learning experience.I look forward to our paths crossing again!
