Business Analyst Intern
Working at Crobstacle has been an amazing experience. Every day came with an interesting task. Each day was a testament to the company’s commitment to its tagline “Helping you in Crossing the Obstacles” and equipping me with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the professional world. I look forward to carrying these experiences forward and applying them in my future endeavors. Working with a startup comes up with a core benefit that you get to work with the projects closely. During my tenure at Crobstacle, I got to work on different projects along with that I got to interact with clients and deliver my ideas. Not only that, but the team is also very supportive, irrespective of the position and department everyone is very friendly and helpful. One of the best things about my internship was the environment I was working in.
Mr. Anmol Gogia, an integral part of this journey, was an incredibly supportive figure. His guidance was pivotal, especially during challenging tasks. His mentorship helped me navigate complex assignments, ensuring that I comprehended and analyzed tasks thoroughly, leaving no room for oversight. His approachable nature encouraged open communication, enabling me to seek clarity and deliver effectively.
My mentor Mr. Pramjeet Chaudhary was equally supportive and understanding throughout my internship, his guidance and understanding proved invaluable. His willingness to communicate and assist facilitated the successful completion of many tasks. His insights and direction were instrumental in shaping my understanding of various aspects of the business.
At every step of my internship journey, I was able to learn something new, like every week on Friday there were presentations from different teams, and everyone was able to learn something new about a different domain. I got to learn how the research is done, what actually is market research, and how using the information we can fulfill the client’s needs and solve business problems. The exposure to different aspects of project management was invaluable. From creating timelines to managing resources and tasks, I gained a comprehensive understanding of how projects are executed from the start to completion. I was entrusted with coordinating project-related communications and updates within the team, enhancing my organizational and coordination skills. This involvement deepened my appreciation for the dynamics of project execution and strengthened my ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As I came to the end of my journey in Crobstacle, I can only conclude that my internship has been a transformative and empowering journey in Business Analyst . The diverse projects I was part of, the skills I acquired, and the supportive work environment have equipped me with the tools necessary to thrive in my professional journey. As I transition into the next phase of my career, I carry with me a deep appreciation for the experiences and lessons learned during my time at Crobstacle, and I am eager to apply this knowledge in future endeavors.
