Our client, India’s fastest-growing e-grocery company, embarked on a mission to expand its delivery fleet. The challenge was to quickly attract and acquire the right talent. They turned to us for a solution that could generate a substantial number of leads within a short timeframe.

Objective:

The primary goal of the campaign was to amass more than 10,000 leads for delivery rider hiring between August 5, 2022, and December 20, 2022, at a cost-effective rate of INR 15 per lead.

Google Ads:

We crafted precise Google Ads aimed at individuals actively searching for delivery jobs. These visually appealing ads featured compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) guiding users to the landing page or Google submission form to provide their contact information and location.

Facebook Ads:

We harnessed the potential of Facebook Video Ads to engage potential candidates interested in delivery jobs. These informative ads included CTAs directing users to the landing page to submit their contact details and location.

Sharechat Ads:

Sharechat Ads were employed to reach potential delivery job candidates. These informative ads also included CTAs guiding users to the landing page for contact information submission.

Landing Page:

We meticulously designed an efficient landing page primed for conversions. Featuring a clear headline, engaging visuals, and a user-friendly form, it facilitated the submission of contact information. This design enhancement significantly increased lead generation.

Results: The campaign proved resoundingly successful, generating over 23,000 leads within the period from August 5, 2022, to December 20, 2022, at a cost-effective rate of INR 15 per lead. Google Ads alone garnered more than 3,000,000 impressions, with an expenditure of around 4,00,000. The client swiftly and efficiently filled their open positions, thereby enhancing their delivery services and propelling business growth.

Conclusion:

This case study vividly illustrates the effectiveness of a multi-channel approach encompassing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Sharechat Ads, and an optimized landing page in generating leads for a delivery rider recruitment campaign.
