Background:
Our client is the fastest-growing e-grocery company that was looking to expand its fleet of riders. They were facing difficulty in finding the right talent and needed a solution to generate a large number of leads in a short period of time.
Objective:
The main objective of the campaign was to generate more than 10,000 leads for delivery rider hiring within a period of 5th August, 2022 – 20th December, 2022 at a cost-effective rate of INR 15 per lead.
Strategy:
To achieve the desired results, we implemented a multi-channel approach that included Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Sharechat Ads, and an efficient landing page. Our strategy was focused on targeting individuals who were actively looking for job opportunities in the delivery industry.
Google Ads:
We created targeted Google Ads that were aimed at individuals searching for delivery jobs on Google. The ads were designed to be visually appealing and included a call-to-action (CTA) that directed users to the landing page/on google submission where they could submit their contact information, location etc.
Facebook Ads:
We also used Facebook Video Ads to reach out to potential candidates who were interested in delivery jobs. The ads were designed to be informative and included a CTA that directed users to the landing page where they could submit their contact information, location etc.
Sharechat Ads:
We used Sharechat Ads to reach out to potential candidates who were interested in delivery jobs. The ads were designed to be informative and included a CTA that directed users to the landing page where they could submit their contact information, location etc.
Landing Page:
We created an efficient landing page that was optimized for conversions. The page included a clear headline, engaging images, and a simple form for users to submit their contact information. This helped to increase the number of leads generated from the campaign.
Results:
The campaign was a success, generating more than 23,000 leads within a period of 5th August, 2022 – 20th December 2022 at a cost-effective rate of INR 15 per lead. Google Ads alone generated more than 30,00,000+ impressions, with around 4,00,000 Amount Spent. The client was able to fill their open positions quickly and efficiently, which helped to improve their delivery services and grow their business.
Conclusion:
This case study demonstrates the effectiveness of a multi-channel approach, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Sharechat Ads, and an efficient landing page in generating leads for a delivery rider hiring campaign.
